Have 99.5 F250 looking to swap a buddy's 06 factory headlights ... is this a direct swap or what modifying and so forth would I need to do.... can it be done without being a HUGE pain in the ass?
06 to 99 headlight swap???

You'll have to cut your factory header panel to fit the lights or buy one for a '05-'07 and you'll also need a headlight harness adapter. Some of the sponsors on here sell them.

Heard that grille's are diff sizes....is that true? And how much cutting? And who on here sells harnesses? THANK YOU

the cutting isnt bad at all, grills will still match up ive never swaped the 05 grille over i just did the lights and ran the 99-04 grille style

That is a perfect write up!!! I have never had to loosen the bumper though. Maybe its just me.

ya i didnt have to loosen the bumper either. Who knows tho i guess all trucks are different

Well engine is getting fired up today so next weeks project....headlight swap so ill let ya guys know how it goes... Riffraffs write up thumbs up.... thanks guys for input
