I currently have a 3" Rough Country lift. It included all the necessary components to drop the radius arms, trac bar, etc. If I added a 1" BMC (bottom mount coil) spacer from PMF, would that throw off the suspension angles too much? I also plan on replacing the rear 3.5" block with an angled 4.5" block from PMF.

Also, would I need to realign after installing this?

Yes, realign for sure. I started a thread on this before, but it was from going from 4.5 to 6

Measure from the center of the bolt hole that the radius arm is dropped to currently up to the center of bolt where it was factory (the lower hole towards the rear of the truck). As long as your lift amount does not go over this distance, your castor will be the same as factory. If your lifted more than that drop amount, you will want to get different drop brackets or add alignment cams to the upper ball joints.
