So in other words, at 3800rpms you'd want say, closer to 2ms pw?

Thats why a 400+ nozzle is needed in the rpm, your injection window is tiny, so pw is very short. Maybe less than 2ms.

So larger nozzles, say 100%, would be more efficient at spitting the fuel out in a shorter window in higher rpms. Therefore, larger nozzles can run higher rpms....

right?

Yes, but a 100 can only do so much, this is why the 200+ nozzles are so popular around here.
Take into consideration hpo demand at higher rpms as well.

100% nozzles arent large. Holding them open as long as possible will.make hp around 500. Give or take. But you'd have to be doing it just to say you did it. Hot and smoky tuned that way. I personally wont ever touch another set of 100% nozzles. 80 or 200. Ive never ran a set of 80's on a hybrid so I cant say for sure how that is.

Personally with a 160cc injector and reasonable pw 80 and 100% nozzles were 400hp in my world. 450 was smoky and egts would hit 1400 pretty easily. I also feel the injector itself wasnt of a.high enough capacity for a nozzle of 80 or 100%. But I also cant see a hybrid of 238+cc with a nozzle that small. I dont see much of a niche for them that said. I suppose you could.put.an 80 or 100 on a hybrid and run it at low ouputs of ~300-350 hp and it could be cool and clean. I just at this point see a 200 as a jack of all trades nozzle.

You guys that are all questioning PW capabilities at RPM should do some searching and reading about the FDCS signal and read about how the PCM communicates to the IDM. That would greatly improve your understanding of why that PW at that RPM isn't possible.

Just cause it says 4+ ms doesn't mean it's happening ever think of that?
