11-15 6.7 whine/howl at idle

I have 2015 6.7 that has a whine/ howl, it is easier heard from passenger side, anyone have this sound and know what it is... My dad has an11 and I've been around other 6.7 that it's not normal or common. With tuning coming soon I'd like to figure this out before deleted. Truck has 8500 trouble free miles, it's done this since day 1 and I have changed oil twice and fuel and air filter once. Hope the video work you can hear it around 17 seconds loud

Yeah it's hard to hear, my dad has an 11 and he was the one who brought it to my attention that mine has a whine/ howl at idle and you can hear it standing next to the truck no problem

My old mans 2011 550 does this real bad. My 12 does it sometimes to.
