12 6.7 need tpms Help

2012 6.7 running h&s mini maxx running aftermarket wheels and tires no sensors. Trying to disable tpms warning . I see the option to disable on the tuner comes up to please wait screen and just stays there i waited about 30 minutes nothing. my 6.4 truck running mini maxx needed adapter plugged it in that worked fine. The adaptor says for 6.4 trucks but i tried it anyway but still no go. does 6.7 trucks take different adaptor? I didn't think they needed an adaptor at all on 11+ trucks ? if so what part# tuner is loaded to truck that part works fine what am i doing wrong?????:doh:

You don't need an adapter. Few things to check. Do you have the key to run? Is the engine running or not running?

I didn't think i needed an adaptor. key is in run position engine was off

I just went thru it on my '12. No probs.
I'd say you have to find someone who can support the minimax since H&S no longer answers the phone.
