12 Lariat with SYNC and Nav

Can I replace the factory amp under the dash(used for the door speakers) with a mini amp and avoid cutting wires?
In other words, is there a harness that will place pigtails on either side of the factory amp such that I can wire in an aftermarket unit?

OK- this kit will do the trick, jsut need to find a small amp for under the dash...
