I have a brand new billet flexplate by ats i bought it for my 91 but the flexplate was not damaged like i thought so i didnt use it. i paid 750 dollars for it. asking 650 obo
fits 1989-2003 f250 and f350 diesels.

Yes they will interhcange just fine.

if its 91 or older you need the 1" spacer that was used on the 91 and newer diesels you will need the spacer only if you are using a stock style torque converter.
The 91 and older had a thick cast flywheel with a stamped flexplate welded on, so they didnt have a spacer. After 91 they used a stamped style flexplate only and used a 1" spacer.
Midwest Transmission makes and sells the spacer.
If the torque converter is billet aftermarket i believe you wont need the spacer.
