I'm thinking about selling/trading my '97 F-250 ECLB 4x4. It has 126,xxx miles.
The oil, oil filter, and both fuel filters are changed every 4,000 miles. The front and rear diff fluids have been changed within the last 2 months. The transmission fluid is getting changed this weekend when I install the BTS valve body.
There isn't a dent or scratch anywhere in the truck. The bed liner was sprayed about a month ago. The bed and rockers were both done.
The truck has NEVER had a gooseneck ball or 5th wheel hitch installed. The heaviest thing it has ever hauled or pulled was my Jeep (Jeep and trailer weighed 6,500#).
I swapped in the Dana 60 front axle. The axle was completely rebuilt with all MOOG or Spicer parts before it went in. The F-350 front leaf springs were swapped in as well; the bushings were replaced with Energy Suspension poly bushings at the same time. The F-350 rear blocks were swapped in as well.
There has NEVER been a gooseneck ball installed in this truck. The heaviest thing this truck has pulled is my Jeep.
