2 Way Alarms

I eventually will have a truck to drive and will need a 2 way alarm to put in truck. Something with good range, starter kill, Window roll up/down, etc. I was taking to a buddy with a shop I used to freelance for and he was talking to me about this one:

scytek astra 4000rs

Anyone have any experience with it?
