BM5Z-9F972-A is incorrect, it is the fuel rail pressure sensor for the ecoboost motors. I believe the one you are looking for is DG9Z-9D683-E, list price $95.84 -- your cost $57.98 + shipping. The sensor is serviced with the vapor tube that attaches to the tank. I would have to order it in, 1-2 days lead time.

hmm, definitely a tricky one to locate the right p/n. Just to be clear, it isn't the sensor for when I am low on fuel, I am needing the low fuel pressure sensor on the fuel line. My understanding is there are two fuel pressure sensors, one on the fuel line near the brake master cyl, and another on the fuel rail. Fuel rail is high pressure sensor, the other is the low pressure sensor. Effectively it is stumbling and dying at low rpm occasionally and everything is pointing to this low pressure sensor but the exact PN for the non-ecoboost version doesn't always show the same number depending on where I look. Is this the correct one you are referring to?

Yikes!!!! I was hoping it was just the sensor for $50-$60ish. Ok, I may try a few other things before I commit to replacing that. Thank you.

That looks like just a line set? I also found a closeup pic from someone selling one on ebay and I don't see any sensor on it, just the lines. I hate to keep poking at this, but are we sure that has the pressure sensor?

Yep, Ford has a note in the catalog that says "includes low pressure sensor" and does not list it separate.
