on the new trucks nothing you could really do easily to have a complete painted grill, to do a xl style the prep work would be major as its not a smooth finish to begin with and would have to be prepped to smooth then prepped for paint. we sell alot of just the surround as thats really the only way to get some color up there and get rid of all that chrome.

the center bars can br removed and your paint guy could sand them down a bit and prep them to paint as well that way its completly painted.
