2000 7.3 turbo leaking

So we've been working on my buddy's truck all week rebuilt the turbo and ******d the EBPV and it started leaking oil out of the exhaust side of the turbo so we thought that maybe the center section was bad he got a new center pre built just had to put the exhaust housing and intake housing on put it in and it did the same thing .. kinda at a loss here any ideas

Maybe check the ccv, to make sure its not clogged?

Did you guys replace the injectors at the same time too? If so, it could be fluid from the cylinders.
