Helping my friend that bought the dually convert his front axle to coils.

He found a brand new set of dually rims/tires off a 2015 he wants to buy.

Wheels will bolt on the front axle (buying a 2005+ dually front axle)

Problem is the rear. I can buy a spacer between the wheels to convert the outer rim from 8x170 to 8x200.

All that's left in the inner steel wheel. Needs to be a 17in wheel being the rest are 17.

Is the steel rim strong enough to redrill new holes for 8x170 between the 8x200 holes???

Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

Looks like the best bet is change the rear hubs.

Anyone know if the rear hubs from a 2005+ DRW Dana 80 bolts on an older Dana 80??
