This truck does have an egr delete installed by Don Hinds Ford, an aftermarket exhaust, leveling kit, 35 in Nittos on 20's, and the rest is completely stock. It is a nice unmolested 6.0 that I would buy myself if I could.

Thanks guys, yea it is a very sharp truck. Jeremy said he drove it 4000 miles last year and the rest of the time it sat in the shed at his house. I'm pissed that I'm not in a position to buy it. He thought about putting a programmer on it a time or two, but never did. It's been a pretty solid truck for him.
