2006 ECLB F250 6.0 4x4 Wrecked-Parting out-Lots of good stuff

Well about a month ago I wrecked my truck and it was totalled, so now I bought it back from insurance to sell the parts.
This is a 2006 Extended Cab Long Bed 4x4
6.0 Diesel
Auto trans
None of the body is dent free, and all of the glass is broken, the truck rolled.

Engine:
The engine was rebuilt less than 1k ago with a short block that has only 40k miles.
All new gaskets and seals were installed
New water pump
New thermostat
New hpop
New ipr
New branch tube
New stand pipes and plugs
New oil manifolds
New icp
New ebp
New glow plugs
New glow plug harnesses
The heads were sonic checked for cracks
Intake side of heads have been ported
I ported the intake myself
PMM EGR and cooler delete
ARP head studs and ford gaskets
Warren diesel 190/75 injectors
66mm Non VGT with CED divided t4 up pipes
Lower valve covers, hpop cover and intake are painted fire engine red

I will take 6k for the complete engine or 4500 for the engine without turbo, injectors and intake.

5R110 with transfer case - $700
Complete axles with brakes - $200 each

2011 superduty coil springs - $150
Leaf springs - $100

B&W goose neck hitch - $250
Rear hitch - $75
20x12 Moto Metal 962 Chrome with toyo open country a/t(less than 1k miles) - $2,000

How bad are the doors themselves? I know you said the glass is gone but how about the doors where all the mechanisms are? If they're useable I may be interested in the power lock/window wiring harness that runs thru the dash, and the doors.

Are the fog lights salvageable?

The grill has a few chrome wrinkles in it, the bumper pad is warped and popped up in the center. Tailgate is bad. Wheels are 20x12 moto metal 962. Tires Toyo at but I can't remember the size I'll get it the next time I go to the truck

I believe the door mechanisms are salvageable(window and lock motors and hardware) the doors however are not

How much for just the injectors? And also price with turbo? Thanks, fixing to buy a turbo is reason I ask. Also, I have warren 190/30's now and Iam thinking about going bigger nozzles
