That box was brand new from a brand new light I just purchased!!!! I would never send a box out like that. You have to be kidding me!

I work around that stuff all day. Something jammed up and the shipping company just taped it back up rather than repackage it, like we would do.

I think it's funny when people plaster a package with fragile stickers, the employees don't give a chit. Throw it on the belt and let it ride.

Glad to see the seller is a stand up guy, hopefully there is nothing wrong with the pump and the buyer sees the seller has responded with good intentions.

Sorry had not had a chance to get on here . I'll get a new regulator for the pump. Was just pissed about how it came and it wasn't wrapped up in that much bubble wrap.

Sorry Dan didn't mean this to come off that bad just was upset at the whole deal of what had happened .

But please for anyone sending stuff out to memebers package the stuff accordingly.
