If fixed correctly (replacing window seal, unsnapping old panels, replace carpet and snapping in new panels) then it should be fixed in one day of the part arriving and be absolutely as good as new. If they fail in that aspect then the customer has 100% claim to raise holy hell. But they, by their warranty agreement, have no obligation to replace the truck.
