You'd be really pissed if they told you "ehh, it's just an XL... Who cares if the doors broke or the window leaks, it not a platinum...." Is be pissed that's for sure. But they don't. They don't care if you spend 40k or 70k they fix them all with the same procedure not matter how you use it or how it's perceived by the owner.
