2017 F450

Well we have owned the truck for two weeks and it is headed back to ford. Got the call at 6am this morning from our driver that it was dumping transmission fluid everywhere. Called ford roadside assistance and had it towed to the dealer. They called a few minutes ago and said that the seals for the transmission lines had failed where they bolt to the transmission. Nothing to major at this time, but still sucks for a truck with less than 1000 mile on it. Anyone else had any issues like this?

LOL. It had an issue getting it lifted. Tow truck drive thought he was going to have th go get another truck.

Nope just put it in "N". Only went less than a mile. we are literally right behind the dealership.

I had 250 miles on my 16 when a fuel line became disconnected.

Exact same thing just happened to one of the 2017 350 c&c we just got. Less then 2000 miles

There is a fix for it, looks like they stopped the problem after a certain build date, i think it was some time in October?

Seems the c&c trucks are having the most petty issues. Around me a few c&c trucks had the same issues as this.

26 k on mine, 22 k with the 52 footer attached, only issue is a seeping from around one of the sensors in the rear end... not enough to bother me, yet...

That's good. Hopefully this is the biggest issue we have. Parts are due into the dealer tomorrow. Guess we will see.

Got the truck back today. They replaced both of the lines that run from the transmission to the transmission cooler and all of the associated seals. Seems to be good to go now. We will see as it is leaving to go to GA on Sunday.
