2017 mirror lights (switchbacks)

I’ve got s set of switch back mirror lights for a 2017 250/350. Had them built and I am now going a different route they are new have never been used as all. Built by Jermey at retro shop. When running lights are on they light up white, when you hit the blinker they blink in orange. They are plug and play take your old ones off plug these in and done.

Paid 350 willing to let go for 275 shipped.

Are they painted inside and if so what color? Can't tell it looks kinda blue but also black to me.
