if its not fuel related which it sounds like it is... id hate to see what it goes down to at wot.... anyway i had a problem with my wastegate when i bought my 38r... i had to tighten up my actuator rod so it wouldn't open on its own to soon.... take the red line off and plug it and see if that works if not tighten down the wastegate....

Yeah I have seen them before I can't stand the 3 I have while driving long distances at night. I didn't know if you had them on a dimmer or something.
