Quote #350660. I ordered this and received it. Thank you for the parts and getting them to me. I am missing a part to install this component. I did not realize that there are 2 parts to the clamp(part that holds the bushing). I also need the piece of metal that goes against the axle and helps hold the bushing with the clamp piece I already ordered. Can you get me the price for the other part?

Also I need a new sun visor holder, the part towards the console that the visor snaps into. I also need the plastic push pin that holds the headliner up that is above the sun visor. The truck has a grey interior, interior trim code 4E.
