Hey guys i had a 4 inch exhaust put from stock downpipe back because the muffler shop couldn't do it. Well I was just gonna take it to a shop and have it done but I figured I could save about a hundred by doing it myself. On a scale from 1-10 how hard is it. I'm 16 and was gonna have my dad help me and just get a 4 to 3 inch reducer or flex pipe and clamp them together. What tools do I need to complete the job? The only thing I was worried about is the firewall.

Easiest way to go is use a porta power for the firewall, if you don't have one usually you can rent one from a local auto parts store.

like said a porta power with a duck bill works best, or a hammer and peie of wood to get the desired room, then take a metal baseball bat and use the end to round off any points, just a lil extra for a cleaner look then all beaten in is all.... not hard to do at all. tok me an hr and a few beers. lol

Baseball bag is one of the best things to use with doing a downpipe install

Mine just a little prying with a long pry bar. Getting the 3 inch pipe in is easy. Its getting a stock pancake out thats a pain.
