an 08 f250 with stock suspension?

Looking at some 20x9 wheels. What will the proper backspacing and offset need to be to make some 35 inch tall tires fit without rubbing? Is it possible to do so?

Already running 35 inch tires on stock 05 17" wheels, but they are wide tires on narrow rims so the pressure has to be set low to make the tires flat across the tread.

Would like to upgrade to a new set of 35's but don't want to change the suspension.

Thanks for your input.

I don't see why they won't fit. May have to zip tie back some of the inner fender. But I am a believer that anything will fit, depending on how bad you want it to haha.

they will fit as long as you keep it in a 12.50 width if you go to a 13.50 it could rub but 12.50s on 20X9s will work as long as the wheel offset is close to stock

Why not just do a leveling kit, its cheap and easy to install and no worries of rubbing issues.

Well, for one it sits perfectly level the way it is, also its not my truck, its my friend's who thinks he can get away with 35s without rubbing.

He has 35s already but they are on factory 17's from an '05 Ford.

I wonder if your truck sits a little higher since it is a F350. Do you know if it has the snow plow prep package or the heavier springs?

The reason why I ask is it looks like the current wheels and tires are really tucked in tight and you would think that they rub, but they don't and I think its because they are ran at 35 to 40 psi on factory rims.
