37x12.5 w/ 2.5 Icon?

So I've read on tire specs that most 37's are a 36.75 before loaded, 36.1 static height. If alot of guys are getting 35x12.5 on stock height/rims w/ minor to no trimming, shouldn't I be able to fit a set of 37x12.5 on a 20x10 & either a -19 or -24. Suggestions? Input? Pics of similar setup (in Sig) I am running. Thanks guys!

Get wheels with factory back spacing, there's a guy on here who runs 37's on stock height with factory wheels.

i have 37s if you want to bolt them up one day...

Well if I'm not mistaken we are pretty damn close to one another so let me know when is good and I can swing by after work one day (home around 4 latest). Thanks boss.

If you have a wheel with 0 offset or positive offset, it would work. With a 20x10 that has -19 or -24 mm offset, 37's will probably rub. Just a guess though.

My 37" trail grapplers rub at full lock on stock rims and 2" level. I tied back the bottom of the fender liners too.

My 37" trail grapplers rub at full lock on stock rims and 2" level. I tied back the bottom of the fender liners too.

I knew SOMEONE had a 2.5" level w/ 37's on factory 20's thanks! think I just made up my mind. now, time to save the coin... Thanks!!!!

I had 37" KM2's on my factory KR 20's... I had a lift, but on the stock offset mine would rub the radius arms just barely...

Either way, sometime this week/weekend if you want to come by the house you can bolt one of my 37s up... I don't have a huge offset (can't remember exactly) but it'll give you an idea.

I'll be in touch bout the test fit. As far as rub on your KRs, was that at full lock only or more instances? Did you have to trim the liner?

Full full lock only.. The rub marks are probably still there lol never had an issue with the fender liners... I do now but that's a whole different problem not related to this conversation.

My 295/65R20 (35x12.50) Nitto Trail grapplers barely rub the radius arms at full lock. You cant feel it in the wheel, but you can see where it has rubbed the paint off the radius arm. This is with a 2.5" level and KR20s

I typically run 75% hwy @ 65-70 and the other 25% city/lunch. I'm getting around 15 currently. I believe my truck is 3.73 as well. Really leaning towards 37 but something keeps tellin me to just run a set of 295/65/20, it's a 35" tire but only a 11.6 width. Skinnier tire = less rolling resistance due to a smaller foot print. But damn 37s look gooooood

Get better mileage if you go 37s with a 4.10 gear ratio. You'll run lower rpms before the shift and close your shift point. Save the tires and run 4.10s... Look good and get better mileage.

I will say my RPMs aren't chit on the highway lol but she does feel alil laggy off the line... I'll snap a few pics while i'm hammering down beltway today just so I can remember what they come out at.


Remember I do have Super Swamper M16s on 18" rims so these jokers are HEAVY.
Tires are 79lbs a piece... not sure on the rims.
