38r odd turbo sounds

I have two strange sounds coming from my turbo. They are fairly recent boost seems fine. noticed some white smoke lugging the engine but clears up when warm. Injectors are 160/100's, 4 inch exhaust,4 inch intake, riff raff frx.
Also noticed some idle vibration.

What tuner you using

right now on a 80hp dp tuner flash tune. Trying to fix a multitude of other issues this truck was severely neglected prior to me purchasing it. The engine and turbo are about 5 months old though. Any ideas on the sound? ive listened and its worse when warm when cold i can gun it and not replicate the sound's. Once operating temp is reach however these sounds happen and seem to be getting worse.

from the videos, it sounds turbo related.

I hear the noise on decel (which is generally a bearing issue in a turbo).
