Will a 58v bulletproof ficm be affected or effect a PCM reflash on a 2004? Thanks

No it wont, we have 58v lifetime warranty FICMs on the shelf ready to ship if you need one!

There are two halves to the ficm. One power ( the 58v side ) and one logic ( the ' computer ' side per-se ) They work together to power and fire the injectors, but that's all. It a just power to the injectors

Only if you have a custom tune in the FICM. A factory reflash will load a stock FICM file back in with all the other modules.
