5r110w out of a 6.4

Selling my 5r110w out of my 2008 6.4. Tranny had 80,000 miles on it when it came out. Never been rebuilt and has had scheduled fluid changes it's whole life. Converter will not be sold with it. was the truck in stock form with this trans in it or has it been run hard.
if it was tuned-whos tuning was it?

Been tuned since 30,000. Spartan 250 tune for 5k. KEM 345 till 70,000. Gearhead tow tune last 10K. Dynoed long time ago on spartan 250 tune. And 20 or so passes on that tune. Never towed anything too heavy. Stock converter was in for the 80k but converter was definitely weak. Every fluid change I've done has had little to no clutch material with very red fluid in the pan.

Motor was stock until 70k when a single 66 kit was put on. Never ran hard with the single on.
