6.0 injectors and egr delete

I have an 04 6.0 with 95,000 miles. It has just started running rough until it warms up since it has gotten cold here. I am thinking the injectors are sticking and I am looking for advice. Should i have them gone through and if so what who would be a reasonable company to have do this. I also saw in a recent post to try rev-x so should I try that first? The only code was p2662 which is no turbo boost detected/mechanical. the unison ring was pretty gummed up and really hard to turn. this will be the second time i have done this. right now i have the turbo off and I am going to pick up the rebuild/refresh kit from international. I am also getting an egr delete, possibly a new oem oil cooler since it is apart and i am debating whether or not to do headstuds.

If you have the money I would do the headstuds while your in there. Deffinatly do the EGR delete and oil cooler and it sounds like stiction. You could always try a light weight oil and rev-x (5w-30). But if your injectors are that bad, some will probably need new spool valves. Where are you from? If it were me I would pull the injectors and have them flow tested, slim chance there is a place around you that will flow test HEUI injectors.. you might have to send them out

injectors

I got the turbo cleaned up and it runs much better. I ordered a rcd egr delete, oem oil cooler kit, blue spring kit, 6.4 banjo bolts, and am looking for a sct. i also got some rev-x oil and fuel treatment so hopefully that will solve most of the injector problems. still undecided on whether to do headstuds or not.
