What do you recommend? The truck will sit for roughly 5 months. When i pull the truck out of storage is there anything else I have to add to the fuel before i start driving it?

I like stabil
had 50 gallons of fuel sit for three years .. motor fired first time I try to add it to everything that will sit for a few weeks anymore because I get tired of cleaning ethenol sludge out of carbs

Don't know any names but on marine diesels and home heaters that use kerosene or heating oil they use a anti-algae additive because of the systems sitting up for so long. Could probly look up a Marine Detroit or Cummins dealer and see what they use. I know I need to get some for my old 7.3 cause its been sitting for over a year and the diesel in turn black from algae.
