That blowby doesn't seem bad enough to me to not spool that 472 at all.... Wide open once it starts making boost, it should keep going.

Strokin6.4's truck pegs the gauge with quite a bit less effort than that. I would check the turbo - Make sure it's still ok. Then, I would smoke test the intake/turbo/manifold to check for big boost leaks.

Sadly I used a tractor with fabbed up forks.... now taken off

Yeah thats a problem.

Normal trans... and the 5th lock up only... lol I'm a 16 year old on a bigger! Lol next summer a trans will go on... but for now I know I got a leak somewhere

run shift schedule 2 medium or even late if you can tolerate it. You might have a boost and or exhaust leak still as well. Log your boost and EBP and report back.

How big does this exhaust leak have to be to make a difference

A small leak makes a big difference as previously stated, think of it like trying to air up a tire with a nail in it. The same principal works for both exhaust pressure and boost pressure, if there is a leak it won't build pressure very well or very fast. Also not having a back pressure signal will affect this as well.
