My biggest questions I guess is for Josh. Can he write a tune for me that will make my truck with your twin pump kit and 60 or even 110 nozzles, run the same as it does now with stock injectors and a 250-275 tune? Basically can he take enough fuel out with tuning so I can safely and reliably tow what I need to? Main focus on reliability... I want to race one day, Then tow my big gooseneck cross county and back the next.

Why are posts being deleted?

Either way I imagine once these kits get advertised in Diesel Power lots will get sold.

Because its pimping parts from a non-site sponsor. Plenty of good vendors here who offer these parts, better to support them first, IMO.

Good job Jared. Keep us posted

Even though stock cp3s flow less then a k16 a cp3 can easily be moddewith a relative good reliability. K16om the other hand... well those have proven a little tricky.this part will be another huge seller id think for the kit. that's alt of fuel potential

Exactly. I ran serious amounts of fuel on my twin turbo commonrail 5.9, never had an issue with reliability ever!

Any answer to this?

Fwiw we had some ungodly nozzles in godzilla (250hp+) and our dual stock pumps were at ~40% duty cycle. Thats With 2.3 Us pw. That's more than enough fuel for 1100+ fuel only. For reference, a stock pump with stock nozzles runs about 99% duty cycle with the same pw tune.

What I'm getting at is that I'm not sure there would ever be a need for modded dual pumps.

I agree with this 100% nozzles are more than enough for 95% of the people out there

Does Jared receive PM's? He used to but does he still. Maybe he just deletes mine for some reason

A stock k16 with a stock lb7 pump will maintain 150% over nozzles to 1.8 but will drop pressure at 1.9. They will hold 100% nozzles to every tune we tried.

Its a way better pump, an lb7 pump with an lbz/lmm regulator shows a big improvement. An lbz pump and reg should be able to hold 200s with an airdog

You would never want a 100% nozzle for the street. A 30% will move enough for 1000rwhp. A 60% 1200-1400. Anything larger is just smokey, hazey, and a loss of atomization.

I have 100% nozzles in my street truck. They will be 86'd for 30% as soon as I have time. I just used the large nozzles to gain testing knowledge for mail order tuning.

As for why I chose the pump in question is proprietary. ;)

huh? 30% nozzles and 1000hp? You must mean with nitrous.... Dzchey is running 200hp nozzles and says with gearhead custom tuning it is awesome on the street. If I could get proper tuning Id like to run 150 or 200hp nozzles on my truck and it will mostly be used on the street. with a 64 under an S483 bat, or some 88mm.. havent decided...

There are people running 110s and 150s with large turbos not making 900 on fuel

You saw the % sign and not a hp sign right? 100% is 200hp if I am thinking correctly. Big difference on how injectors are rated by % and hp
