6.4 max force 7 won't start

IQ snap on telling me icp no psi. I tested the sensor and is getting a 5.4v reference voltage. Injectors tested marginal but still good. New engine installed from jasper. Runs 50 50 bio fuel. Getting pump tested. Any suggestions for testing companys?

I guess all the air is out of the system? It can take awhile on these engines

Have you checked fuel pressure cranking or replaced the FRP sensor? Just my thoughts.
