6.4 need help

I have a 08 f350 6.4, at times cant get over 50 mph, not much throttle response, turbo not over 14 pds boost, cruise doesn't work, stop shut truck off and usually works fine then, previous owner put new motor in at dealer 25k miles ago...any help or suggestions?

How cold is it where you are? Sounds like a Vgt over boost. Puts the truck into limp mode when the ebp sensor freezes up. Easy fix. Clean out ebp sensor tube.

yep, im sure its throwing codes, that would def help for troubleshooting but thats a good start no doubt
