6.4 Single build

the time has come to do away with the twin turbo set up and go to a single. going with 60% RCD nozzles and dragonfire pump. Trying to decide between a 466 double batmo or a 475 double batmo. Either way I need to figure out what size exhaust housing and turbine wheel I should run as I do not want to run a wastegate. Also going to be running RCD cam,springs, intake,uppipes, exhuast manifolds and tuning.

Any input would be apreciated!!!!!

Is that pump going to flow enough for 60% nozzles? I thought there was hard evidence that the Industrial pump couldn't maintain nozzles that big. I could be wrong though.

Maybe 60% nozzles are the biggest before rail pressure is effected?

I run 60% with my II pump

For some reason I thought you had 30% nozzles. Very cool then. Looks like he has the fuel side down then.

Depends on the pulsewidth.... The II pump will not maintain at full tilt with all out pulse width like a 310 tune or X race. Jared has pulsewidth pulled back a touch.

Y'all dont know what y'all are talking about. The pumps are clearly advertised at 85% over. so they will hold pressure with atleast 85 sticks :flush:

He's got 15-17psi. All the guys not maintaining rp with the II pumps are using airdogs. Maybe a bigger lift pump is needed.

lol im running a airdog on my truck and can maintain dual pumps

I know you can. The guys with II pumps and airdogs can't. With dual pumps the duty cycle on the pumps is low compared to what the duty cycle in the II is. I'd like to try a bigger lift pump on pogs truck but time doesn't permit that to happen.
