Pfffff...thats for passing emission testing. We refer to it as a Confederate egr, it comes out the normal front fender stack, and goes in the front fender air filter. Can't believe you didn't catch that on your own. No good in rain or snow, but good to go otherwise.

oh wow.... that is terrible... it looks kinda like the fender is warping. Why not just do a hood stack if that was the route you wanted to take?
