What about giving them a slight miter cut

totally going to think about this!!!

how about cut them flush so you can weld them to the bed. So they look like one component. Then for the paint you might be able to get some ceramic or high heat paint to match the Factory paint. The only thing that gets me is you WILL have black soot on your bed.

This build is sweet! I really like your style as far as engine and turbo set up.

custom auto has some stuff up their sleeve.. but defiantly there wont be any ruined paint and it will have a finished look thats 100% for sure!!!

3 rolled edge angled tips.... or mitre, as flush as you can make it

using MBRP rolled tips was a thought.... that might look good

I say one turned up, one turned down and one shooting straight out.

coal everywhere!! hahaha

Almost flush so it doesn't look like a transformers coming out of the bed.

definatly its going to be backed off from where it sits right now... it a little far out imo.. (more or less like the 2nd pic is what im thinking!)

thanks for the input guys!! of course with this i wont please everyone but ill end up with what i think looks good!!! i hope i don't have bad taste! hahah

Open the end of the pipe back up and welld in a half baffle between pipe #1 and pipe #2 or it will probably blow most of your "soots" out the rear pipe only.

I think you should recess a stainless steel plate into the bed so it's flush and then make the 3 tips you join the exhaust to stainless also.
Then miter cut them into the stainless steel plate and weld it all together. Polish it.

It's a nice clean finish, no one will catch their fingers on it, the paint won't stain and you can wipe it off with a rag.
