63.5 turbo?

does anyone make a 63.5mm turbo?

I'm guessing 2.5 rules? I know they are out there but iirc a true bore 64 will pass the tech due to the leway in th plug rules. I think the ones that are out there are cut wheels.

Look at a borg warner efr turbo. The one that's two sizes down from the 9180 (67.7comp ind) would probably be the best performing turbo of that size.
