I'm tinkering with the 352 V8 in my 67 and I'm having some troubles finding parts for it.... I would like to have a set of chrome valve covers and a nice aluminium intake manifold, hei distributor and a set of long tube headers..... I'll try to find my pics and get posted up what I've done so far

Not sure of a specific place to find parts but the 352 is VERY closely related to the 360 along with the 390. They are FE engines which may help you in your search

Edelbrock makes most of the parts you mentioned. A 352 is the same basic engine as a 360 or 390. Try Summit Racing.

Here's the pics, i bought a set of moto metal 915's for 200$ locally that at 16x10's with a lil offset so i'm going to run a set of 35's on it.... 352 with a 4 speed

i built a floor pan for it in a hurry so i could use the truck so its not pretty but it works... the cab is getting scrapped anyways....

Next was the cancerous hole in the door jam... i took a little more time on this and tried to make it look factory building it out of scrap iron.... not real impressive but still look ok

A few years back I had a 66 with the 352 in it, and you're right, finding parts is a pain... I'll be watching this build, I love these old fords...from the mid 60s to the late 70s.

Ouch, that sux.

I've got a '67 and a '68. They're both 2wd short beds. Someone's probably coming to pick up the '67 this weekend though for a project.

If I remember correctly, doesn't the 352 and the 390 share the same basic block? Which would mean headers, water pump, intake, and other components like that bolt right on...I believe the internals are different, but the block and basic design are the same.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, It's been more than 10 years since I had mine and I've had a beer or 10 since then...lol

The quick and easy thing to do used to be sticking in a 390 rebuild kit into the 352. A lot more torque for the same price as a 352 rebuild kit. Every thing on these two engines are interchangable. There are a few differences between early and late FE engines, but the 67 should be the same as the later models.

I had a 428 CobraJet in a '70 F-100 XLT :)

I've got a 360 in mine so I'm watching to see where you go with this...

Same goals as you I think, solid performer - nothing crazy
