I've got a 2002 T600 with a 6NZ Cat with a 18 speed. Has about 1.3 million miles on it, its only pulling about 20 psi boost loaded. It has a duralite CAC put in about 4-5 years ago. Fuel mileage has tanked( was running north of 6.5 now down to around 5.5-5.6), no power and don't pull as well as used to. Any ideas to look for before we take it in?

Thanks Cody

check the air-to-air for leaks, boots, the usual stuff. Check and make sure there's no exhaust leaks, and make sure the air filter is clean.

Any additional smoke from the stack? What color if so?

Sounds like a torn boot.. check around the springs that wrap around the boots they tend to wear thru there.. or the turbo base gasket check for loose or missing bolts holding up he turbo on

Fuel psi should be 70 ish at idle and around 100 at high idle.

If possible, pressurise system through the turbo to test for boost leaks, and spray it down with soapy water.
