7.3 96 engine, 2wd trans, pcm, harness, swap project

I have a complete wiring harness, computers, idm, etc(everything should be there to make it run).. plus engine and trans out of a 96 e350. It is in the low 200,000 miles but dont remember exact number. I was going to build a sweet 2wd half ton out of this but found my 08 instead. Trying to clean stuff up so make an offer. It ran when pulled but it does need an oil pan.

How'd it run is the question? I'm looking for a motor but need it to have good compression.
