looking for opinions. 02 7.3 overheated head cracked had bubbles in coolant. Removed motor disassembled gaskets look good cyl 6 has massive crack in head. so i needed a head. I pulled a set off a core engine I had checked and checked them, they have multiple cracks around valves so i pulled a set off another motor i had that i know ran. The truck was wrecked hard cleaned inspected yep multiple cracks too so third time the charm ? nope cracks.... lots
So my question is what is acceptable on a 7.3 head what is acceptable for cracks on 7.3?
