Which hpop? New ipr? Did you ohm out the uvch? New orings on the injectors? And check fuel psi? Was the engine he got from a rolled truck by chance?

Someone should kick the guy @ Xdp in the nuts for telling him that.

Used the 01 hpop, didn't replace the ipr but I didnt touch it, o-rings looked perfect. Didn't check fuel pressure but it seems to be ok as the fuel filter seal was leaking and it sprayed fuel out like crazy. The engine was pulled out of the truck to do a cummins swap.
