7.3 pushrods

I bought a 2000 7.3 with a couple bent push rods the other day so I bought the push rods for the cylinder that needed them. I also bought lifters just in case, my question is what may have caused the truck to bend push rods? Maybe an injector not seated correctly? What other stuff do I need to check over? Possible camshaft replacement? The truck has 175/146 Baby Swamps injectors, a Riffraff crossover, and a TS 6 position chip.

Stock pushrods aren't very strong. They do bend when you add power to the engine.
