I have some turbochargers off a 2001 444e International engines which look to be the same as the stock turbo on a powerstroke minus the waste gate. Have a friend that just installed one on his SD and it seems to run the same as his regular stock turbo. They have minimal end play and the fins are good. Good for someone needing a stock replacement for cheap. PM me offers.
