Anybody know what size block you used to level your truck? I bought a rough country replacement front spring pack and the 3klb rear springs (4 leaves).

I have some blocks but they arent configured right. They are for a lift kit so they dont have a hole to receive the pin on the spring pack. They also have a 2.5° taper.

I want to know if a 2"(stock f250), 3.69 (stock f350), or a straight 3" block will be level?

Im cool with it being level. I dont need rake because if my enclosed trailer makes it squat Ill add bags or a sumo spring.

I run a 4in block with a front leveling kit. Rear is about 1in higher and looks level. I would get a 4in block.

I replaced my 250 block with a 350 block and x code springs up front. Sits pretty level with a slight rake.

So a block in the 3 1/2 to 4 in range?

Tire size on each truck. Thank you!

So with a stock 2" f250 block its going to be sagging? Its looking like pmf can make a 4" block and weld bumpstops or airbag tangs on it. He also has ears on the top and bottom "caps" of the block to capture the ubolts correctly.

My stepson has an 04 cclb. He has a 2.5" minipack under the front and has 5.5" of block out back. Hos us definitely raked but he sledpulls with it. Im not looking to do that lol.

305r70x16 with 16x10 wheels on my truck. I'll measure from the center of the axle to the fender when I get home on level concrete.

I measured it when I first put them on, but can't remember. It's been a while.

The center axle to the rear fender measurement should help you decide since we're comparing different front springs.

Just measured my truck. Front is 26 inches from the center of the axle to the bottom of the fender with the x code springs. Rear is 27.5 inches from the center of the axle to the bottom of the fender with a 350 block.

Here are some pictures (no idea why the last one keeps getting flipped upsidedown):

Those both look right to me. Are they so high that if you wanted to run a 33 it would look tiny?

Just ordered 3.5", 2.5° tapered block from pmf, new 3/8 top plates, and he had some sweet brake lines so I grabbed those.

This is how my truck looked when I bought it. If I remember right it had the F350 rear block with a 2inch hanger and shackle leveling kit with 285/75R16(33s) tires.

I removed the F350 block for a smaller F250 block, I think some where just under 2 inches but added an extra leaf so height is pretty much unchanged. I did move up to a 295/70R18 which is some where between a 34" and 35". I really like the way it looks.

Here is mine with factory 250 block an pro comp 2" springs. Wanting to do a add-a-leaf to the front then go to a 3" block. The springs have settled an my tires rub the inner fender every now an then.

So with the 250 block they are a little ass down?

The stock f350 block for our years isnt 3.5 or 4, its 3.69" which is 3 3/4. Not being able to order in goofy increments, i opted for 3.5 so my new ubolts will work. They were a touch longer to accomodate my overloads but im not using them so i have about an inch of extra bolt to play with. If the springs are uber soft for towing, ill bag it.

Those both look good to me. The green seems a tad high in the front but it still looks good, I think.

I guess I never quite understood the leveling craze. I like having rake, but I guess I usually tow. Not that this has any useful information for your thread here. But if you level it, as soon as you drop tongue weight on it, your a saggin a$$ looking truck. I either trim or lift for the tire combo I want, but always keep rake for suspension loading / towing. Then there is the whole theory on weight transfer and such. Just my .02

I have about 2 1/2" in front with f350 blocks in back and with a full replacement front bumper I'm maybe 1" lower in front.

If your truck has overloads, this doesnt matter. My truck has from build until last week when I hacked the springs off. Im going with a stock setup in the rear (4leaves, no overload) and rough country springs in the front (stiff when loaded, soft for driving everyday). If you tow alot you have probably ditched the stock rear setup as its mushy garbage without the overload or airbags. Which Ill add bags if it cant hold weight. So far my only towable is my enclosed trailer which is 4k lbs empty and there is a ton, ton and a half of shti in it. The tongue weight cant be much as the other day my dad was vacking up to it and missed by about 3". I corrected him and he put it right back in the same spot. So i took three steps back and layed a shoulder into it, and slid it right over. 6 or 700 hundo on the tongue im guessing.
