99-07 ORU bumpers front and rear

Helping a friend sell these, he paid 1k for them new, had his truck lemon lawed in california and pulled off all the non oem stuff.
I believe they are 99-07.

ORU quit making these.
Paid close to $1,000 in '07.

Make offer or will trade (+ cash- depending on condition) for a set of factory 18" wheels and tires.
