Any turbo over a 366 size will need the firewall massaged in the OBS.

And no, the T4 kit from Irate is not a bolt in due to the DP which needs to be fabricated.

I hate. Smokey trucks would 200/80's and. 366 be a smoke pig? My fmw 64.5 and my 190/100's would just smoke from a start not even a haze wot. Eggs are around 1225 wot. What size turbine is recommened. Obviously bigger the housing lower the bp and egts but it will spool slower.

I was reading around on another forum and got consfued a little. Everyone on this on forum said that 200/100 hybrids or 238/80's would be better to run then a 160/100 but there wasn't any explanation of why. I understand hybrids useless oil. But deliver 40cc more of fuel. ( on a street toy. Or dd) not towing. What kind of mpg gain am I looking at I get 17-18 now (sclb 4:10's) no highway driving. My Cummins got 22-24 with 5x14 injectors and my fuel slut 6.0 gets 13-18 ...... Less with 190s lol

Fuel is based on tuning, 238's do have more capacity than 160's but its not like you're emptying the 238's at all times.
