Aftermarket coolant tank spitn a lil

I'm just wondering .if this is a bad cap or what ..I have egr delete newer oil cooler and use cat coolant in it arp headstuds etc ...

What's the cap rated for? Easiest way to tell is to put a pressure gauge on there and see what the system is pressurizing to.
