Yes, they can (I ran them like this while my plates were powdered)

Wheels only, I will be keeping the tires.

To everyone asking for pics. They are the exact same as an American Force Independence, but with faceplates.
I am NOT including these painted faceplates. I will be including NEW BLANK faceplates that you can paint/ powder to whatever color or design you would like.

Polished wheels, than the faceplate bolts on (you do not have to run the faceplates if you want it full polished)

This is how the wheels look with the faceplates. I will be sendingn brand new blank plates with the wheels for you to paint any color you want.
